In the process of being developed as a franchise business, Diamond Garden Care was suffering from a weak identity and poor website presence. Radius was commissioned to rebrand the company and help take it forward.
We repositioned the company to convey a quality service and one that would appeal to customers who are cash rich and time poor, home owners who value a well-kept garden but have little time or inclination to do it themselves. We designed and build a website that would clearly communicate the company’s offer and each franchise has its own section. And we developed a quirky promotional item for franchisee’s to use as a marketing tool – a branded packet of seeds that would be more memorable than a flyer posted through a letterbox. We also created new materials for franchisee recruitment, an exercise that helped the company hone its business model.
The branding has given Diamond Garden Care much greater exposure in the areas in which it operates, and the positioning has helped win larger contracts. Since its launch, the site has performed well, with potential customers regularly submitting online requests for initial visits. And following on from the success of Diamond Garden Care, we rebranded its sister company, Diamond Landscaping.
